1. No Hidden Fees and no sudden price hikes until the end of current academic year
The price we quote is the price you pay. Our lesson providers and other service providers are under an obligation to provide lessons at the rate at which you started out with them before any discounts, even if his or her rate has increased in the meantime. The price charged cannot be increased within the current academic year of the first lesson you have with the lesson provider as long as you book lessons in blocks of no less than four lessons. If there is an interruption of two weeks or more, and the provider has increased his or her rates, the provider may choose to increase your rates to the new updated rates.
2. Risk Free Cancellation Policy
Life happens, we all know that. If you need to cancel the lesson up to 12 hours before the lesson, we will issue you a full refund that you may use against the next lesson you book on our site. You may reschedule your lesson with your provider and here as well there will be no cancellation fees. We want your lessons to be stress-free and happy. If you however cancel at very short notice, that is 12 hours or less before the lesson, the tutor will be able to apply a cancellation fee of 50%. The balance can be refunded to you or can be used towards booking your next lesson on our platform.
